发展我国的智慧教育是一个梦想。这次演讲的内容大纲共分为四个部分:(一)智慧战略波及教育、(二)智慧教育的内涵特征、(三)智慧教育的创新应用及(四)智慧教育的转型方向。在战略方面,国内外例子都已说明智慧教育已成共识;在内涵特征来说,智慧教育是数字教育的高级发展阶段,旨在提升现有数字教育系统的智慧化水平,深度融合信息技术与教育主流业务;在创新应用的层面,讲座内容将会介绍四种智慧技术;最后,在智慧教育的转型方向,数字化教学将走向智慧教学,让经验评价走向科学数据分析,也让数据将评价变得更具智慧。

LIU, Yongqian 刘雍潜
Secretary General of the China Association for Educational Technology

Mr Liu was senior research fellow, director of the Academic Committee of the National Center of Educational Technology, standing vice-director of the Office for Construction in the National Project for the Educational Technology Capacity Construction of Middle and Primary School Teachers, and Secretary-General of the China Association for Educational Technology (CAEC). He began his work in the management of educational technology in 1990. He has served as division chief in the Distance Education Department of the Ministry of Education, director of the Office of the National Center of Educational Technology, part-time professor of the Central China Normal University, and postgraduate program supervisor of the Beijing Normal University. He was also the principle investigator of a national key project in the 10th Five-Year Plan of Social Sciences, Development of Educational Technology in the ICT Process, and a national project in the 11th Five-Year Plan of Social Sciences, Effective Integration of ICT-Assisted Learning and Teaching Methods into Daily Education. He recently published a book entitled Essentials of Educational Technology and Manual for the Standards and Instruments of China’s Educational Technology. He also participated in the compilation of trial textbooks for the educational technology capacity training for China’s middle and primary school teachers, Tutorials for Educational Technology. He has also published several papers in key journals, and organized the translations of Instructional Technology: The Definition and Domains of the Field, Educational Technology: A Definition with Commentary, and the National Educational Technology Standards of the United States.
