創意思維訓練融入寫作教學之行動研究 ― 以資優學生抽離式課程為例

研究員希望探討香港小學教師運用創意思維策略結合寫作教學設計活動時,會否有以下情況出現:(1) 學生因活動而提高學習寫作的動機 (2) 學生的創造力提高 (3) 創意思維訓練融入寫作教學中成為教師進行寫作教學之模式參考。透過研究者與其他教師合作的過程中了解創意思維訓練的設計架構,以語文教學及學生語文能力的展現情形,分析創意思維訓練融入寫作教學中能否成為教師進行寫作教學之模式參考。本研究經教師實地札記、教學檔案、錄影、問卷和訪問學生等五種收集資料工具,起了三角測定作用,資料經分析後,檢討成效,以總結研究結果。

MOHN FONG, Yuk Chi
Mrs. Mohn is a Christian, a self-regulated learner, a creative and practical leader. She holds different degrees, including Bachelor(s) of Arts and Education, Master(s) of Divinity and Social Sciences. She has worked as a teacher in Hong Kong at different primary and secondary schools for about 20 years and has been a primary school counsellor of the Lutheran Church, Hong Kong Synod since 2004. She teaches different gifted education students’ programmes and promotes teachers professional development activities to enhance the quality and the effectiveness of teaching methodologies. She is interested in leadership, counselling, inclusive education, curriculum development, and Chinese Paper Cutting.
